Além de ter um visual moderno e atraente, é uma cerveja bastante refrescante e de sabor suave, ideal para quem quer experimentar algo diferente, sem se arriscar com sabores muito ousados. A cervejaria Baltika, que é responsável por produzir a Knep  é bastante notória na Europa, sendo citada por algumas fontes como a maior cervejaria do leste europeu e a segunda maior da Europa, apenas atrás da Heineken.

This beer not only has a modern and attractive appearance, but also is refreshing and has a soft flavor, ideal for those who want to try something different without risking a strong flavor. Baltika brewery, which is responsible for Knep production, is a remarkable brewery in Europe, and its cited by some sources as the biggest brewery in Eastern Europe and the second biggest in Europe, only below Heineken.

Durante minha viagem pelo Texas, decidi dar uma paradinha em uma pequena cervejaria local em Austin, chamada Hops & Grain.
Na cervejaria eles possuem um bar, onde você pode provar as cervejas disponíveis, sendo que existem as cervejas regulares: year round, e as experimentais: greenhouse, as quais pode ser que nunca sejam encontradas para compra em alguma loja. É possível ainda assistir à um tour explicativo sobre a produção da cerveja, sendo que o guia do tour é extremamente atencioso com os visitantes.
Vamos agora à minha experiência com as cervejas:


ALTeration: Possuí sabor condimentado e amargor levemente acentuado no final.


Pale Dog: É uma cerveja com aroma frutado, possuí sabor de malte e de frutas cítricas com um certo amargor no final.


The One They Call Zoe: Mais similar com as cervejas pilsen brasileiras ou com as cervejas light americanas, é a mais leve com pouco amargor.


India Brown Lager: É uma cerveja bastante distinta, com sabor forte de ervas, muito diferente de qualquer outra que já tenha provado. Gostei muito da experiência.

During my Texas trip, I decided to stop by a little local Austin brewery, called Hops & Grain.
Inside the brewery they have a bar, where you can try the available beers, and there are the regular beers: year round, and the experjmental ones: greenhouse, which can be never found for purchase in a store. You can also go in a guided tour where they explain the brewing process, and the tour guide is very helpful with the visitors.

Now, let's go ahead with my experience with the beers:


ALTeration: It's a spicy beer with a slightly bitter after taste.


Pale Dog: It has a fruity scent, its flavor is malted with citric fruits and a little bitterness at the end.


The One They Call Zoe: It's very similar to the Brasilian pilsen beers or the american light beers , it's very light with little bitterness.


India Brown Lager: It's a very distinct beer, with a very strong herbal taste, very different from all beers I've ever tried. I really liked the experience.
